- The Institutes provide Identity Card to each student, they Should kept it carefully till the completion of course
- Candidates shall be required to attend at least 85% of theory lecturers or Practical organized under each of the courses during the year or semester. A candidates who fails in this will not be allowed to register for the University Examination.
- A candidates will have to compulsorily attend the quizzes & deliver class seminars and submit on time assignment given by his/her teacher.
- A student should certified their respective journals or reports on before time, by the Head of department. He/She has to work satisfactorily during their laboratory assignment.
- Raging to any in college campus will result in cancellation of his/her admission. He/She will be punished by management as per IPC rules and per guidance of Supreme court of India, Central Government / Sardar Patel University.
- A candidates found to be causing damage to instrument (Electric Or Non electric) will have to pay charges for that, but if damage is not repairable then, he/she has to pay the bill amount, if not wiling to pay then, he/she will be terminated immediately from the college.
- The mobile must be switched off inside the campus, otherwise liable for penalty of Rs. 500/-The authority has right to punish any student violating this rule.
- It is compulsory for a candidates to attend extra lectures as per schedule.
- The original fee receipt should be carefully preserved with acknowledgment, until completion of your respective course.
- A candidates commuting by bus or train should enter the class before 5 min. Failing in this, will not be allowed to enter in the class.
- Dissertation/ Project work/ University registration or Enrollment and all other expenses will be incurred by students.
- A Candidates fully agrees that fee once paid(though any mode of payment) is not refundable / not transferable under any circumstances, in part or in whole. This means that if candidates joins the college / Institutes and then wants to leave for any reason (Personal, Social, Academic, Health, etc.) , no refund of any nature regarding the fee paid will be done completely
- Once admission is procured, will not be cancelled after the start of the academic session. As this is a course of limited seats, the student cannot leave the course half way. Yet, if he/she desires to do so, he/ she will have to pay the fee of the full course.
- Students signing this admission form will be treated as a final consent to all the rules and regulation.
- Smokng, consumption of Pan Masala / Tabacco or chewing gum will be strictly prohibited.
- Students must completely obey all the rules and regulations of the college and management which may be revised during the course.
- All admitted students produce their Identity Card when any authorized persons asks for it. Any strict action will be taken by the authority against the student failing to do so.
- All the admitted students should not write any indisciplinary words or statements to their batches.
- Keep the college or institute campus, Classroom, Laboratory clean and neat, voice Unpolluted and peaceful.
- No misbehavior in the theory or practical class will be tolerated.
