RULES AND REGULATIONS

• The students are required to collect all the information prior to taking admission to the respective course.
• The Institutes will provide Identity Card to each student which should be kept carefully till the completion of course.
• Students will be required to attend at least 80% of theory lectures and practical organized under each of the courses during the year or semester failing which , he/she will not be allowed to register for the University Examination.
• Students will have to compulsorily attend class seminars and submit in time assignment given by the teacher.
• No Programme can be arranged in the college except those permitted by the Management or University or Government.
• Students found copying or carrying unauthorized material, aiding and abetting unfair means in the examination hall will be instantly expelled from the internal examination hall and will be marked zero in that paper.
• The student should get certified their respective journals or reports in time, through the Head of the department. Their laboratory assignments have to be completed satisfactorily.
• A student found to be causing damage to instrument ( Electric or Non electric) will have to pay charges for that, but if damage is not repairable then, He/She has to pay the bill amount, otherwise his/her admission will be immediately cancelled.
• It is Compulsory for the students to attend extra lectures as per schedule.
• The original fee receipt & form acknowledgement with rules should be carefully preserved, until completion of the respective course.
• Student commuting by bus or train should be in time for attending theory practical failing which he/she will not be allow to enter the class.
• Once admission is procured, will not be cancelled after the start of the academic session. As this is a course of limited seats, the student cannot leave the course half way. Yet, if he/she desires to do so, he/she to pay the fee of the full course.
• The students are asked to carefully read these rules & regulation and sign on this admission form, they have to abide by them.
• Smoking, Consumption of Pan Masala /Tobacco or chewing Gum will be a breach of discipline and liable for penalty of Rs. 150/-
• Students must completely obey all the existing rules and regulations or which may be revised during the course, by the management.
• All students will produce their Identity Card when any authorized persons ask for it. Strict action will be taken by the authority against the student failing to do so.
• The students should not spoil the benches by writing or drawing nonsense matter.
• The students should keep the college or institute campus, Classroom, Laboratory clean and neat. They must behave peacefully and manner fully.
• After admission, the original mark sheet and certificates will be retained by the institute till the completion of courses. The original relevant certificates are deposited as security documents against admission by the student with the consent of the parents as per rule. However the required certificates may be temporarily returned on request for genuine purpose only to the parents to avoid their personal & social misuse. The admitted student, together with the parents/Guardians will have to give separate declaration which will be a binding to the signatories.
