Family Background :

Late Shree Purushottamdas Motilal Patel,Born on 19TH Nov.,1919, the head of the family, was a freedom fighter and a loyal soldier of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. He participated in Bardoli Satyagrah and always carried out all the programmes announced by Mahatma Gandhiji during the freedom movement. He stood by the side of Vinod Kinariwala who became a martyr during the 1942 movement at Ahmedabad. After freedom, he carried on his family profession of farming and became a progressive farmer of the area through his hard work, innovations and use of modern farming technology. His greatest contribution was education he imparted in his children - two of his sons are engineers, one doctor and one advocate; all the daughters got their masters degrees in Science, Commerce & Law faculty. All his children are well-settled and are well respected in their fields. His relationship with his brother, Jashbhai, is exemplary. Both of them worked & lived together throughout their lives. Such examples are rarely found in the Patidar community of the area. The family members, particularly Bipinchandra P. Patel, Advocate known as Bipinchandra P. Patel (Vakil), have inherited the legacy of his father & is following the footsteps of his honorable father by choosing the path of educating mass through a noble institute i.e. ANAND'S PEOPLE MEDICARE SOCIETY, ANAND.

In his public life of more than 40 years, accepting all highshh and lows, he served these institutions successfully.

  • Veer Savarkar Award: For establishing Veer Savarkar’s Statue, near Town Hall, Anand on 28th May, 2001, a Maharashtra based institution Karnal Charitable Trust, Poona specially honored Bipinchandra P. Patel at Port Blair in 2010.
  • Business Leadership: All India Achievers Foundation, New Delhi Award for Industrial awarded Business Leadership Award for Development Industrial Development in 2010.

It was my desire from a long time, to start an educational institution to impart quality education to the youths of the present day, who will be the citizens of future India. Knowledge is the power and the acquired knowledge is the asset, which cannot be robbed by others unlike material asset. With a desire to build a stronger India by imparting quality education to the present day youths, coupled with a desire to enhance medical awareness, I have started this trust. Low aim is a crime. Aim at higher goals, higher achievements. You can achieve anything you want in life by hard work and disciplines.

The trust started with a vision of creating awareness regarding the ill effects of addictions has now became a hub of medical related activities and education. It has now became a center for providing support staff to doctors and medical facilities. We have also expended our branches of education in Paramedical Science and Technology & Bio science to Arts, Commerce, Law PTC and B.Ed. Courses.
